All our truck bodies are custom-built with extra attachment rails to safely secure any type of equipment around two or more sections of your equipment.

Blankets are used for extra protection (when required) and to reduce condensation in equipment when left on vehicles overnight. Note: All equipment is required to be covered by truck blankets overnight.

Each vehicle is stocked with custom-made straps with a lashing capacity of 2500kgs each. Our procedures require a minimum of 2 straps on all equipment on wheels.

Stiff cardboard corner protectors prevent damaging, cracking or warping of panels from straps.

Small 50mm sponges are placed between the strap buckle and the equipment to prevent the strap buckle causing damage.

Custom printed quality PVC tape is used for securing document feeders, trays, doors, flaps, cassettes and used to prevent anything else from moving during transit.

Equipment may be shrink-wrapped upon request for added protection and security.

50mm thick foam pads placed between your equipment and the walls of the truck are used for cushioning. Most transport companies only use blankets for protecting your sensitive equipment from the steel bars on the truck body walls.
