Transport
To ensure reliability as well as remaining flexible in our operations Copyshift Transport Pty Ltd has a 4-tier level of transport service to allow for all customer requirements regardless of time sensitivity.
- Standard Transport Service
The Standard Transport Service allows future date bookings without a specific scheduled time. A 2-hour window may be requested but is not guaranteed, e.g. 9 - 11am, 1 - 3pm etc.
This level of service is typically for next day commencement and a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
- Guaranteed 2-Hour Service
The Guaranteed 2 Hour Service is our guarantee to pick up and deliver a single item in the Melbourne metropolitan area within 2 hours of confirmation of customer booking or it's FREE! Conditions apply.
Availability of the Guaranteed 2-Hour Service will be confirmed upon initial customer enquiry and will commence upon Copyshift Transport Pty Ltd receiving the "2 hour Booking Confirmation" from the customer.
- Guaranteed Premium Service
The Guaranteed Premium Service is our guarantee to pick up and deliver goods within the time frame agreed to by both Copyshift Transport P/L and the Customer or it's FREE! Conditions apply.
Typically, the Guaranteed Premium Service is for same day service outside the Guaranteed 2-Hour Service time frame.
Availability of the Guaranteed Premium Service will be confirmed upon initial customer enquiry and will commence upon Copyshift Transport Pty Ltd receiving the "Premium Service Booking Confirmation" from the customer.
- Storage
Copyshift Transport provides a specialised storage facility for its customers in the storage of electronic office equipment and documents. Goods entering storage are always shrink-wrapped to prevent deterioration or damage.
Beginning from as little as $5 a week we can provide storage for anything from an archive box to a large format plotter, and we even know a great transport company that will collect it from your premises and deliver it to our warehouse!
