In your booking submission please ensure the following details are included:

• Business name, contact name and phone number for the pick up, delivery and invoice addresses
• Your contact details
• Date the job is to be carried out
• Description of equipment including model number and serial number (if applicable)
• Relevant notes such as specific directions, stairs, access or time difficulties, etc.
• Method of payment (we accept cheques, VISA and Mastercard)
• Quote number provided by Copyshift Transport (if applicable)
